In 2003 Judy establisLogo and typehed Happyweight after 30 years of dieting experiences and 17 years as a therapist with a special interest in the psychology and physiology of eating.

Judy trains therapists in her Happyweight weight management system, a holistic non-diet programme incorporating mindful eating, nourishing nutrition, mind management and emotional wellness.

Happyweight is the original no-dieting or deprivation system. Through a comprehensive questionnaire together we learn why you have been having difficulty with food and eating. We then work through these issues to resolve the problem permanently without dieting or strange foods.
